easy triple transparent border.

hola. people. this border can be done in any color.
turn this..



into this..




a. open photoshop and load the image you want to use.
b. make sure that its is your name "Background.
c. create a new layer. [shift+ctrl+n]*
d. press [ctrl+a]* this will place a dashed line around the whole photo.
e. go to edit -> stoke ->



^^ this is the box that will pop up.!

f. in the box pick the color you want. [i choose white, but any color can do]*
g. set the size to 15px. [if the picture is larger you will need to up the pixels.]*
h. set the opacity to 100%.
i. you have the first border.
j. go to edit -> stroke.
k. pick your color. you can do a different color is you wish.
l. set the size to 25px.
m. set the opacity to 50%.
n. go to edit -> stroke.
o. set the color that you want.
p. set the size 40px.
q. set the opacity to 25%.
r. && your done.!. that was easy.!

--note.
you can play around with the colors, the size, && the opacity.
but make sure that the opacity decreases each time. and that the pixels increase, otherwise you will not have the same effect.
