1. open your image. mine's right here
i brightened it a bit after opening it.
2. get your pen tool, and choose these settings:
3. make a new layer.
4. draw with the pen tool around the curve you want your text on.
5. grab the text tool and click on the path you drew with the pen tool. you should get something similar to this:
6. type your text. (you might need to adjust the character spacing to make it just right, and you're done.
