hey, so u mind if i use this picture to make an icon? im not going to submit it to cB or put it on any other website. my friend wanted me to make her an icon, and i think this picture goes perfectly with wat she wants. dont feel obligated to say yes or anything, if u say no i completely understand, but if i can use this pic it would greatly appreciated.
