Custom Title

Makes a Custom Header, when Header HTML is being used with other Codes. This is my first Code so bare with me, I'm pretty sure it works but if it messes your page up don't blame me. And if someone else has made this before, I'm sorry I didn't try and copy. I think people just need to have this.
