"Arrow" can move all direction:
see below
"s-resize" points south
"e-resize" points east
"w-resize" points west
"ne-resize" points north east
"nw-resize" points north west
"se-resize" points south east
"sw-resize" points south west
A more elaborate cursor scheme would be to assign different types of cursors to different types of links. I'm sure you can figure out that on your own tho. =3
