Look carefully for specific instructions

You can change the color of the navigation by changing the tag that says:

td bgcolor="#1B4591"
and
tr bgcolor="#1B4591"

The td bgcolor=changes the Background of it,
the tr bgcolor=changes the Hover of it..

i know its a pain for all this big code, but it works..

if you resize it, then the smaller it is, then the less buttons you will have as links.. the bigger, the more links..
