the words within the "big" tags are the things you hover over
and the words within the "span" tags are the things that pop up when you hover over the big word
this: ".about big {font:normal 25px arial;letter-spacing:-2px;}
.about a {font:normal 11px arial;text-decoration:none;color:000000;}" is just for customizing the text and making it not look like a link ;]
i don't think it works in internet explorer if it's not like version 7 and up or something.
