Look carefully for specific instructions
On the code for your About Me, replace URL with the url of the image you're using.
On the code for your Who I'd Like to Meet, replace the # with the height of the image you're using. If the width of your image isn't 780px, you can change that number. Just make sure you change 390 where it says "margin-left:" to whatever the width is divided by 2. So if you change the width to 800px, 390 should be changed to 400.

If you want to do a flash banner instead of just an image, replace with this code. Be sure to change the sizes, url of your flash image, and placement as needed:
