Look carefully for specific instructions
To use this script...
1. On the homepage, or wherever you see the blue nav at the top, go to Profile > Customize Profile.
2. Next, go to CSS
3. Enter in the script below, and *adjust to your liking.
4. Publish
*height - height of default picture; margin-top - play around with the numbers to get it right.
AFAIK, it works on Safari, and Firefox. I dunno about IE.
END RESULT:

or you can use this code and you won't have to figure out the height & margins:
