Change Top Blue Banner Into Background

Not quite sure if this is a repost so no flamming if it is!

anyways i've noticed about 274623 people have been wondering how to change it into a background image{read comments} and the code was VERY easy to make

anyways enjoy ^.^
p.s i use this in Mozilla FireFox so i do not know how it will turn out in other browser's notify me how it does if you don't use Firefox

I use Internet Explorer, and it changed my about me, who I'd like to meet, and comments into the picture that I chose. Yeah. Is there any way I could fix that?
