hey there im lost i need help on step 9 like how to turn it and the reuslts of my pic doesnt seem to look right

I concur with kimt08. I am getting stuck at step 6. Same thing. I'm sure I'm probilly doin' sumthin' stoopid...

Hi there! I love the tut and its outcome here but I'm still lost on step 6. I tried to link the 2 layers so it can look like the one in the pic (black square & the little chain thing & a gray rectangle with the white rectangle inside & the word "clipping mask" underlined) but mine only has the word "clipping mask" underlined...it doesnt show the black square and the chain and the other gray & white square...please help asap! thanks
