**This tutorial has been edited, since theres been many complains about my spelling and grammar. -.- **

Okay, so pick your images. I'm going to use 3, normally people use 3 when they're making blends. I will be using images of Lindsay Lohan.

Now open up Photoshop, open up all 3 images at once, make a canvas that'll fit all 3 of your images, then drag all of your images into the canvas you just created.
On your tool bar, there should be a tool of a rigged square. Right click on that tool, and go and click the one of a rigged 'circle'.

Now draw the circle around your picture, do it somewhere around the head area. After you've done that, inverse it by going to Select > Inverse. Now move it either top left, or bottom center. Do the exact same technique you did with the first example. Set your images up, something like mine.
Now erase it, to give it, it's shape.

Now you can add whatever you'd like to it, but before that you might want to shade it. Go to the first layer (not background!) Right click it, then go to blending options, then tick off drop shadow. Now do that to all the layers. Now you can add whatever you'd like to on the background layer. :)

Err. Okay, again, I apologise that my grammar and spelling didn't turn out well. It was my first tutorial, and I created it a while back. Although English is my first language, I was really young when I created this. So, excuse my English. I'd re-write the tutorial if given the time. :)
