I can do it, Only, When I click Save, or Save as, it will only let me save it as a Photoshop file. If i save it as a Photoshop file, the File Corrupts :S

for cs3 instead of using imageready, go to windows->animation.
follow the next steps then to save, save under "save for web & devices"
what version are you using? i cant seem to find the animation palette...
waaait, nevermind. seems photoshop cs3 doesn't come with imageready. :((
Gaaah, I wasn't able to jump to ImageReady; my toolbar doesn't have that icon. So I went ahead and did it normally, but THEN, I couldn't find the 'save optimized' link. Can someone help me with that? (I'm using Photoshop Cs3 btw.)
fer some reason, when i transfer into image ready, i only see one photo in the animation palette. why?
