Hello.
thanks for choosing my tutorial.
you can do this to your photo's.

sorry about that, please follow this link.
First Choose a photo you like
then convert it to Black and White.
Also fiddle with the Brightness/Contrast
make it however dark or light you want it.
Then go to 'Layer>>new fill layer>>Gradient fill 1"
Than switch the normal setting to 'Overlay'
then Change the Opacity from 60-65

Then another panel should pop up.
when it does, click on Gradient.
Choose from Colors/Spectrums/or metels.
dosen't matter.
press the OK button after selecting the color/etc. you wanted.
you can also change wear the color over-cast will be placed.
----------------------------------------------------
Fianlly press ok and wal-la you have color over-cast.
(on a sidenote, You can fiddle with the opacity to change color depth)
