i think i know an easier way
go to filter-noise-reduce noise
and then change the settings to whatever looks best! :)
This tutorial would be really great if I could READ IT....the comments are blocking the instructions =(
I just sharpen an image and then I use the blur tool and set opacity to about 60%. Then I just blur the face. Works just as well. I have GIMSHOP. So photoshop tuts on here aren't helpful.
