First, open up your image. I'll be using this picture:
Crop it and resize it however you want. A normal size for an icon is about 100X100.
Make a new layer, and fill it with #eea2a2 and set it to multiply. (If it's too pink, turn the opacity down a bit. I recommend 35%)
Repeat the step above, only use #f2d3d3 to fill the layer. I turned my opacity down to 55%, but you don't have to
Now take the color #130f64 and use it to fill a new layer. Set this layer to exclusion. And put the opacity to 90%
Then, duplicate your bottom layer and set it to overlay.
Duplicate your bottom layer again, drag it to the top, and set it to soft light 85%
AND YOU'RE FINISHED :)
