Tips and tricks
Make sure all the backgrounds are at least the same color.
The best blends are made with photos that are from the same photoshoot. It makes tings much easier.
The feathering tool thingy is up on the top like where the font tool bar is usually located when typing

If this is hard to understand let me simplify it. First open all your pictures. Make sure their quite large and if their smaller use a smaller feather radius.
Then use the tool you would use to crop or cut, the arrow in the picture is pointing towards it. Look towards the top bar (The same place the text/font bar usually is) and there should be a loop that has a blank space to type a number, thats the feathering, change it to 50 for larger and smaller for smaller
Select the area you'd like
Copy the selection
Paste it on where you want your blend to be! Make sure the backgrounds are similar, because it looks better, but it also works with pictures that are different.
