Tutorial

This tutorial is extremely easy.
-Go to the tool area and choose the dodge tool.
It kinda looks like a key.
If you can't find it, it looks like a sponge.
When you click on it, at the area above,
[where it says to change the size and etc.]
There would be the dodge tool, click on it.
-Now just use it on any area you want brightened.
But warning, If you go over the same place, It'll get even more brighter.

What one can do is duplicate the image then set the image to Screen.. this makes images brither as well.

say someone has dull teeth in a photo,
use it to brighten 'em up.

many people don't know about this! so it's good you posted. i'd like to say: if you set it on "highlights" and go over blonde hair it makes it even blonder! if that's a word... and if one eye is darker because it's further back in a photo this is a great way to lighten it! (:
