This is a tutorial for making pallets for vectoring/vexeling so when you use it your layers blend smoothly.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Open Photoshop and make a 600x50 document.
2. Using the gradient tool and make a black to white gradient horizontally across you image
3. Now we will make the bars. Go to Filter>>Pixelate>>Mosaic. Make the cell size 15. Now you have separate boxes.
4. Now press Ctrl+u to color your pallet. Make sure colorize is checked and play around with the three levels until you get a nice skin tone, lip tone, ect.
5. Now you have pallets like these:
Skin:
Lips:
Other-like clothing:
6. make sure you save this because I’ve been in the middle of a vector/vexel and lost my pallet and I didn’t have my colors.
7. When vectoring/vexeling use the eye dropper tool to select your color.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I hope this has helped people that what even colors when vectoring/vexeling. If you need help pm me or post here.
