theres an easier way.
just select the paint brush then select black then under blending mode select hue(legacy) and paint what you what black and white.
Yooh guys have to duplicate the layer. bottom one is black and white top one is color and yooh brush away the color, but yooh have to make sure that yoohr brushing on the colored layer and NOT the black and white one.
I tried doing this, but all its doing is erasing the image?
my image after erasing is coming out orange, do you know why this is?

this is a good turorial but its alot easiar if you just use the target brush set on black and make the person or the background black and white using the target brush
