Lets start out with a picture.

I got this image at http://www.elegancepixelfied.com/
Open the picture and duplicate it[copy+paste as new layer]
Then open up a new image and flood fill it with a blue-ish color.I`ll be using #6cc8c5
Then go to Layers-Properties-Hardlight.
Then go to your layers collum on the right.
Change Raster 2 to Soft Light
Change Raster 1 to Hardlight
Then open up a new image and flood fill it with a gradient.
If you do not know how to make one.
Copy and Paste this.

Now paste it as a new layer in your image.
Go to Layers-Properties and set it to Lighten.
Now make a new image and flood fill it with a yellow color.I`ll be using #ffff40
Copy and Paste that onto the image.
Set it to Burn at about 20%
Go to Layers-Merge Visible and then Adjust Sharpen.
Now your image can be more vintage like this.
