When you're on paint shop pro, you can change the colors by double clicking on the color. When you do, a pop up will come up with the color mixer thing. On the bottom right hand corner there should be something that says "HTML:" and then a six letter code thing. Just type your color in, and the color will come up :)

Exclusion: When you have layers going on, double click one of the layers, I think the top, and a pop up should come up. Something should say "Blend Mode:" and then you can change it from normal to exclusion.
