Page Border

This code is just so you can set a color for a border on all 4 sides, if you would like all sides to have a different code use the other code thats in the scripts section as well.

I run Firefox and don't have that problem. Also I believe the author meant if you want the sides to have a different color code to use that (instead of BLACK)

Doesn't the border display incorrectly in Firefox? Cause I've had a lot of issues where the border scrolls when you scroll the page.
