Change Background Color of Grey Bottom Box

note: this hides the separators on your navigation links (i can't find a code that wouldn't do that, unless you edited the code yourself)

the code in the who i'd like to meet enables you to bring back the navigation bar separators (but you need to set a color for them to be)

<style>table tr {background-color:red;} table table table tr, div tr {background-color:transparent;}</style>

this makes that box and the middle background red (or whatever color i put in)

Is there a way to shrink the bottom links?

JUST THE BOTTOM LINKS.

I've found codes that shrink everything, but

I really don't want that!
