Look carefully for specific instructions
Mmkayy, This code will change the color of your Scroll Bar. All you want to change is the word "COLOR" to whatever color you want it to be. Not HTML color codes. Text, such as green, blue, white, yellow and ect.

Yea, it does'nt work in Fire Fox. But i hate Fire fox. It makes everything look shity because most layouts and webpages are designed for IE.
