I placed the text "ATTENTION" b/c people don't usually read the instructions on how to use that certain DIV. Besides, you can change the heading while you're editing in your about me.

can you replace "attention" with another header?

this layout is amazing :) i'm using it for my layout site. haha. one question though, is there a way i can get the myspace bar back the one that says, 'home, mail, profile, friends, music.' etc...

I don't know what it is about it but I think the 4 images you chose would have been better on a lighter background. I just don't think they fit with a black background.
