Just copy and paste the code in the right section it specifies and find something that says

div class="aboutme"
[h1]Candy by Fainaru[/h1]

where it says [h1] is where your content should go. You can delete all the stuff I wrote up until you see this code:

[/div] since that holds all of the content in.
Keep in mind my square brackets [ ] actually mean the arrows you get holding comma and period.

i love this layout but the links make a new window
is there a way for me to fix it?
*example: click home and makes a new window going to home, the myspace is still open in the background

Aw, sorry to hear that!
The reason why I didn't center this was b/c I didn't want to go through the headache of positioning the rollovers to be centered too, and it takes a lot of effort and time. So I might has well just do regular positioning.
