I felt like making a default layout so.. here it is. This was originally going to be a DIV, but it seemed to work better in this format.

Best viewed in IE, but it works just fine in Safari & Firefox

I'm having some trouble getting the orangetext, bold text, ad other text properties to display properly in Firefox. If anyone could help me with these it really would be much appreciated!
