Picture: Upload a picture that is 150 x 150 pixels using a website such as photobucket or imageshack, if you cannot resize it, it will resize it automatically. Open notepad and paste the 'I'd like to meet section' and click find. Put in 'img178' and it should come up with a link. Paste over the old link with yours. I am happy to help with this part of the layout, just message me!

Comment box: In the "I'd like to meet section" there should be something saying 'name="friendID" value="XXXXXX"' make sure you replace the XXXXXX with your friend Id or it will not work.

Navigation: Replace XXXXXX with your friend ID, this coding is found near the end of the "I'd like to meet section". Get yours here - http://www.createblog.com/layouts/friendid.php
