This layout was designed and created by DH Dezigns.
You may have seen the layout before. I assure you that yes, it is my design. From back in the day when I was running dh lyts.
I've just taken the layout and recoded it so that there aren't so many problems with it. And so that it looks a little better in FF. Although it is still best viewed in IE.

As always, comments are appreciated if you decided to use.

UPDATE: The layout now displays the ad and is resolution friendly and the links have been moved down so that they are now clickable. Please let me know if you are having any other problems.
