This is a layout of Lenalee Lee, from anime/manga D. Gray-Man. Some spelled her name as Linali, but her name is actually spelled Lenalee. She's like one of my favorite girl character out of all the animes I watched, because she is not afraid to fight and all, and she's pretty quick.
