Sweet Perry looks super cute however the rest is pretty plain.

I think more could have been done to the image of her (contrast, coloring, etc.), but I really like this overall. The text is cute. :D

I love how you outlined her, but I would suggest maybe putting a black outline around her first, before the stripes, cuz her skin color kinda blends into the white in a few places.
