i got the picture to work but it has that TERMS OF SERVICE VIOLATIONS sign on top of my default pic

The picture won't work. I've formated it to the required dimensions, but its still not working.

1. CUT AND PASTE CODES INTO SECTIONS "DO NOT SAVE YET!!"
2. REPLACE XXXXXX WITH FRIEND ID "BEFORE SAVING!!!!!"
3. REPLACE TITLES & CONTENT

(I don't see any X's)

Well, where can I find the X's?
Also, when someone clicks on my pictures or whatever, it says 'Invalid friend ID, this user bla bla bla' how do I fix this?
