where can i change the length of the navigation. i added a link to my friends page on it and now it has a skroll bar, which is ugly.

you should have made like a box in tha midle of tha head phones so u can put like a video or a playlist in there

I really like this layout and really want to use it, but the box is too small for this youtube video i made and for some of my avatars. How can I make the box bigger??
