And I agree about the header but it's overall still a great layout. :)

But there's so much going on. Like others said...
Too much header, less content, but all in all it's very good :D

There a little too much header and not enough content space. but I like the nav nice job.

MCR love. I like the whole content area, I think it would have been better with a smaller my chem picture though. but otherwise, its cool =D
