Heres the tips!

2. in the "friends" section make sure you get all of your friends url's and put them in along with their names :)

3. if you want to change the picture at the top left you can do that!!! :) the dimensions are 100 x 150.
hit Control+F and type in "mariaphoto" and change the image url! or you can just delete it all haha :)
