I like the set up. I think roll-overs could have looked awesome on this lyt. :) great job overall!

this is quite nice, but the image of the girl on the right is not cut very well, however it is a nice banner.
the text you have used on the image does not fit so well, probably because it is too sharp, so change the opacity slightly for that next time you use bold text.
have a go at some different set ups some time too.
