Sorry to be a bother. But how excatly can you remove the add??!! I've tried refreshing the page and it doesn;t move.

ABOUT THE AD:
It worked for me to just refresh the page a little bit... the ad eventually moves to where it belongs; at the bottom of the page. You can take your chances and remove the ad, though.
