for some odd reason everything else loads but the background comes up "staticy"

This layout is aesthetically amazing but it has given me more headaches than any other layout I've come across. It's been so hard for me to just hide the comments and friends part.

I have to find a new layout now. :[[

you might want to center this but that's just a minor problem. i would've preferred to see something white in this layout. well there doesn't seem to be anything more i need to talk about. your layouts are amazing. good job. nice colors btw.
