This is how you make an overlay. This is one of the best layouts I've seen in quite a while. I agree that you could've done more with the design on the crayon box, but I love where you placed the comment box. This is beautifully executed.

nice rollovers. i agree with synesthesia about the background. you should've used brighter (a little bit) colors. very nice. you managed to have your layout be simple without having it go plain. does that make sense? i don't think so lol. good work.
