So yeah, I got bored late at night and made the graphic, thought it looked nice, and made it into a layout.

I've made some changes to the height of stuff in the headers and navigation, personally I think it looks much better now.

Not having a visible scrollbar is pretty dissatisfying. I think if you kept the scrollbar face white and changed the rest to either red or black, it would help immensely. Also, the text in the off-white sections looks like it has a red glow to me.
