I realize that the layout is supposed to look the way it does, but too me, it seems as if the image doesn't have the best quality ever. Im guessing it's because it's a .jpg file. Try saving it with the highest quality if you plan to save it as a jpg.

This is very nice. The colors are gorgeous & girly, I love the image and the navigation is very unique. Very very good layout, the best I've seen in a while. Thanks.
