I like how the shadowing behind the cupcake prevents it from looking too one-dimensional. This layout is fine without rollovers.
very cute! but i think you could have made the cupcake 'fluffier.'

Time.. talk about time.
Theres so much better things to do
than to add rollovers to my layouts.
I think this layout looks perfectly fine. I love your style too and I agree that not every layout needs rollovers. They're time consuming sometimes and not worth it. Keep up the good work. :)
Thanks guys! Im not a big fan of rollovers either and im glad im not the
only one out there!
I agree with Forgive the sinner. Not ever layout needs rollovers. I think the font looks nice. Its different, but it works well. Your style is really cute :)
lol my mom gave me a cupcake for valentine day boy i miss cupcakes >:| lol
have a greater color scheme. you should take out the small 2 clouds and let the largest one form around the cupcake evenly. is that arial bold? i hate that font...how about a more flattering font? and make the round-edged box wider so you won't see the top left corner because it looks weird. always add rollovers if you can, it'll help the layout not look plain.
