well, i thought so too about the rollovers, but I don't know how to do em. :(
&& none of the tutorials seem to help. So, my layouts are kinda blah until I learn.

Rollovers would be good. Still good though. =]

the about me section should be underneath "bout this girl" and the comment box should be under that.

I Really Love This Layout!!!...but I'm having so many problems. My friends and I can't view my pictures, my friends can't message me or add me...WHAT SHOULD I DO??? I NEED HELP!!!

rollovers would look perfect with this.

to the black and white: sure. its fine with me.
and to falsetigerlimbs: i make it scroll so much so that it can adapt to different screen resolutions. but i make sure to keep the main part of the layout with 800x800 resolution. Like, my computer screen for example is 1280x800 and it doesn't look right if the pattern just runs into a big pink solid background.

it looks like clip art, and it scrolls sooo much to the right
i do like the quote/concept though, and obviously a million other people like it, so you can ignore me anyway. lol
