Thanks for the feedback, all! It's an old design and I whipped it straight from my harddisk onto Createblog. I may work on the main image as a few of you have suggested and enhance it a litte.

very nice. i would contrast the image more though so that the people would pop out more cause it seems like the image is blended with the background which kinda makes the layout boring. i love the font and the colors and the brushes.
