i know where you coming from russman. I made this a long long time ago. Before I know about layout making.

Forgive me.

This is creative, I like it. But it looks like you just threw in the bg of the cartoon type of guy. I personally never heard of DN Angel, but maybe its anime, I dunno. I use to watch anime, but mostly stuff that Adults would watch. But anyway, you did a pretty good job, but personally, I think you should have blended that bg better, so it wouldn't have looked like you just threw it in. Good job though, I would say great if you blended it well. But unfortunately or fortunately, you didn't. (which ever you prefer, I used both words)

make the image fade more at the bottom. this looks like a xanga div layout but hey, it looks nice. you should contrast the image more and make it glow a little. structured very well. i like the colors. have some more red in the fonts. nice banner font.
