Is everything supposed to be glittery? Cuz they're not glittering in FF. Just seems like they're dotty. Anyways, it's alright. Would've been better if the image&font quality was better.

it's cute. not sure about the glitterness of it. try to make the edges of the rainbow smoother. the big sparkle doesn't look good. rollovers.

I don't like the font used for "somewhere over the rainbow." The font size for the navi is too big. Decent layout, though.
