maybe it's just my browser (i use IE) but the header image overlaps everything. but from what i can see in the screenshot, i like where things are placed.

the screenshot is very nice. i think you should've put the boxes closer together so it'd look structured. but the main problem is the picture is covering the divs/tables in both IE and FF. so u might wanna fix it. but overall nice job =]
