To change the background first save the background pic as a *.jpg file to your computer, then use paintbrush or any random pic editor to cut out the old pic add paste in your new one, then save it and upload it to any online pic hoster (photobucket.com, tinypic, etc..), last copy and paste the new url in the place of the old background url.
