Actually if you look at the blue background, that effect on it, is called Noise, I think thats what her focus was on, for the title of the layout.

I wonder if I can put a header above it...

Your amazing at layouts, but scroll bars can get really lame quick. Remember your Genesis layout? I loved those types you did.

Just for writing all that crap about leaving it intact will make people change it. It's a design. You don't have to plaster your name and tell people what to do.
